I kind of feel sorry for Jonghyun of SHINee. He’s always a left out when it comes to a Shawol’s fandom. Whenever a new song is released, everyone keeps praising Onew’s voice. While Jonghyun even rarely gets any attention. Throughout the years, he was the one who had the least amount of personal activities. He rarely got any offer to visit a variety show and rarely gets any special or solo stage during SM Town concerts. I will never understand that. He has good variety skills. I mean he’s funny and talkative on a show. I really enjoy watching him. Finally this year he got a special stage with Taemin. And how did it end up? His fans were bashing him, trying to make a petition to kick him out of the group or insulted him, saying that he’s having a bad influence on Taemin. Taking into consideration how much Jonghyun loves his fans and always tries to show his gratitude, it’s just unacceptable. This year wasn’t really good for Jonghyun either. He didn’t get to sing OST for “To the Beautiful You”. Instead SM gave that opportunity to Taemin. A rumor about his participation in SM-Hyundai project remained to be a rumor as well. Should I also remind you guys about how his fans betrayed him when he decided to reveal the world his girl friend?
Don’t misunderstand me. I’m not even a Blinger, but a MVP. I enjoy that Onew always have lots of activities, that he’s praised, etc. I just want Shawols and kpop fans to be a little fairer. Jonghyun deserves more love, praise and attention from Shawols. SHINee isn’t only Onew and Taemin, but also Jonghyun, Key and Minho.
